Collaborative Campaign Setting: Coup D'etat, Day II - Styles

I've worked up general styles of ships and architecture that distinguish each of them from the others. I'm open to more ideas or modifications, as you prefer.
Slemmgraise
Architecture: Slim grey metallics with blackened orbs in them. Long architecture. Ships that tend to rotate and "stand" on the horizon like rockets.
Many of their "ships" are stations built of asteroids or meteors that they teleport around in groups.

Pris
Volcanic red with inner light coming from the seams. Ships with central bodies and jutting "wings." Exosuits (eeze) tend to have the same colors.

KAMATAS (S'Szera)
Premier shipbuilders. Spindly ships. Crumble-white, hexagonal nacells with arms for six more "pods." Some of the largest, most versatile, and well-armed vessels in the galaxy. Also make common cargo ships and passenger vessels. Their primary attack craft from from fighter pods filled with rocket-propelled, spider-like individual exosuits.

Infusers
Metallic slabs with irregular designs and obvious exhaust panels. Often have forward-facing "glass" control areas. Tubes on the external with obvious hatches. Some panels aren't entirely in real space. Greatest variety of design. Often single-hulled, like a wheeless vehicle.
Some of their ships are organic or magical in nature (grown wooden ships), or basic ships with flamboyant elemental flourishes.

Free Alliance
Massive scrap navies. Mostly KAMTASA ships. Some organic ships. A number of junk designs with artificial weapons blisters and fake energy signatures to look bigger than they are.
Some Free Alliance ships have cream marble hulls with faint red veins. Those are the Obelisk Worshippers.

Massert NoSve
Wide, disc-like white ships with spotted glass and under-wing illumination (of varying colors). Often larger than they appear, as they dip into hyperspace as a cloaking device. Heavily based on Zurai designs. Very rare.
"Centipede" ships with wreaths of white wiskers around them. The whiskers dip into hyperspace and let them "crawl" through subspace, but makes them some of the most maneuverable vessels--for their size--in the galaxy. Can also be used to covertly drop off exo-suited troops for various missions.

Monoliths (Not an alliance, just another race)
Giant monoliths made of dead monoliths. Almost all of their everything is built with their own dead, hence the saying, "As dangerous as stealing a Monolith ship."

Keep in mind that each of the six major alliances is not monolithic. These descriptions are just shorthand. Comment with any ideas.

  1. When I came up the Massert NoSve race I immediately thought of the Chiss from star wars.(http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Chiss)

    Not sure if that helps.

I am kind of opposed to them having a borg-ish element unless it is some sort of elective thing and not default.
